This article is very interesting for me, as I am doing a study on high street banks and their effectiveness of creative design strategies.
And judging by your comments you are not taken by their interior design, but don't you feel they are trying to move away from looking like your typical bank and offering its customers new and innovative banking environments. Surely it can't be that bad ?

Elizabeth may be right - The bank design is not aimed at old fogeys like me but at a younger generation who like this sort of thing. But what is a banking experience? I'd rather a staid bank that lends me money when I want it rather than a glitzy bank that doesn't!
